It’s easy to use – just select the condo building you’re interested in (or all of them if you like) to view the the average sale price, price per square foot, average days on market, and number of sales per year since the beginning of the Regent Park revitalization (2010).

Please note – these prices are averaged, they do not take into account the layout of the condo, the level the condo is on, the view the condo has, if parking was included in the sale, if a locker was included in the sale, or if there were any upgrades done to the unit, among other things that could affect the selling price.

All of the data was compiled by the Regent Park Life real estate sales team using Data provided by the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB). The data only includes Resale condo sales, and not new construction condo sales, so this will give you a general idea of what a condo listed on the MLS in Regent Park sells for.
